- We are focused on assets located in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex, but often invest in Arizona, the Carolinas, and Florida markets
- 70+ units in well-located submarkets
- 1960s to 1980s vintage properties with value add potential
- $2 million to $20 million equity requirement
