  • Under-performing or distressed multifamily assets
  • We are focused on assets located in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex, but often invest in Arizona, the Carolinas, and Florida markets
  • 100+ units in well-located submarkets
  • 1960s to 1980s vintage properties with value-add potential
  • $2 million to $20 million equity requirement
